Shipping Information
Local deliveries are free! If you live in the Nelson area, let us know and we can arrange drop offs. In the rest of Canada, we use Canada Post, so there's a box fee of $20. We'll pack up your purchases for the cross country journey. Coming soon...we have a new studio location just outside of town where you can shop for small batches and test products for custom orders.
Product Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Reach out to us, and we'll assist you through the process.
